Hermandad Dando Esperanza

This event is a national bone marrow drive dedicated to the collection of registered Latinos to help people with blood and marrow diseases.  Here at UCSB, we have registered more Latino students and community members than at any other chapter.  On a national level, NAK has sice succeeded in registered over 2,000, a huge success by the Red Cross standards.  We have also had several brothers become perfect matches for patients and donate blood and marrow to help save the lives of our raza.

Spring Festival (Día de los niños)

Held every spring quarter in conjunction with Lambda Theta Nu Sorority and Zeta Phi Rho, Inc., this event brings together children and families of Isla Vista and Goleta for a day of fun, games, prizes and entertainment.  It is one of the largest children festivals held annually and it completely free to families due to the enormous donations by local businesses and UCSB departments.

Uniendo Familias

This is an annual event that was created to help our family understand our brotherhood.  Every year we set up "potluck"  and we invite our family to join us, in this way our families experience the brotherhood that we have created in our campus.  On this day several different families become one big family and enjoy a beautiful day.

Honorarium

Honorarium is our end of the year banquet.  Here we honor individual accomplishments as well as the accomplishment of our chapter.   New officers for the upcoming year are introduced, while we say goodbye to our old officers.  Our newest members to the fraternity are also recognized and introduced officially to the greek community.

Summer Retreat

National Leadership Development Conference (NLDC)

This annual event serves as a training conference to develop leadership skills for NAK's current and future leaders.  This conference promotes networking and shared ideas amongst the chapters and business from workshops given by alumni and local leaders.

Pledgefest

 This annual event brings all of NAK pledges together to build bonds between one another from different chapters.  It is designed to promote and develop the professional, social, and leadership skills of the pledges through interactive activities with the brothers and members of the community.

NAKfest 

This is NAK's greatest celebration of brotherhood.  This annual event is held during the spring and brings together every brother from every chapter in a weekend of socializing, sports competitions, and banquet festivities.  Each year, chapters compete in a friendly sports tournament to be crown "NAKfest Champions". A different chapter host NAKfest every year which provides an opportunity for brothers to visit all of the chapters.
